C&P Produktionsenhet is a collaboration between Caroline Mårtensson (artist) and Patrik Bengtsson (furniture designer).
In recent years they have been each other's sounding boards but are now crossing their working fields to operate in the space between.
At alt_cph they are presenting the piece H13:
H 13, 2007
The struggle of finding the perfect Christmas tree can be compared to the wish of detecting the ideal picnic area. Rest stops are promising an idyllic spot but the contrast to the highways sound is overwhelming.
The piece consists of three parts; a blueprint, a rest stop sign, and a three-dimensional version of the sign.
